Our courses are currently held every three months. They depend on the number of bookings. In the warm season we teach outside. When it's too cold outside, we train in a gym. At the moment we have possibilities in Bad Segeberg, Schwerin and Wangels. The number of participants is thereby limited. Within four hours we repeat the previous knowledge and learn new techniques.
